The Youth Journey in Zion
Our Zion Youth Ministry (YM) encourages every youth to grow in Christ, through the journey below.
13 - 18 Y/O
Youths of all ages fellowship on Saturdays at Youth Fellowship (YF) and study the Word on Sundays within their age groups at Youth Discipleship Group (YDG). A youth who is regularly coming for YF/ YDG will also be assigned a suitable mentor who will journey with him/her.
ABOVE 18 Y/O
Youths are encouraged to attend Youth Catechism Class - a year-long period of discovery and discernment for youth considering baptism or reaffirmation. They are encouraged to either join or form a Discipleship Group (DG) at the end of the class. Youths will continue growing with their DGs as they graduate out of the Youth Ministry into young adulthood.
Youth Fellowship
We are a bunch of youths who come together each week to fellowship, grow in our understanding of Christ, and to encourage and build one another up emotionally and spiritually.
Throughout the year, we organise workshops, games, bible studies, messages by guest speakers, and outings to befriend those in our community. There are also special events on our calendar each year, like our annual year-end camp in December, as well as youth retreats during the school holidays.
If you’re a youth who is new to us, please feel free to join us on Saturdays, 4pm - 6pm at Sanctuary 2!
We welcome you to our community where meaningful and lasting friendships are built. If you’re a parent interested to bring your child to our fellowship, don’t hesitate to give us a call as well. We look forward to seeing you!

Youth Discipleship Groups
Youth Discipleship Groups focus on the study of God’s Word, and seek to enable youths to know God, know themselves, and prepare for leadership and service in the church. It is guided by Colossians 1:28— “(Christ) we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.”
YDG welcome students from secondary school and is held on Sundays from 10am to 11am. Lessons are facilitated by shepherds and teachers.
Other than Bible study, YDG include other activities such as games, video screenings and discussions. This allows for bonding across levels.

Youth Mentoring
The YM hopes for every youth to be paired with a mentor, where spiritual maturity and Christ-centred living can be modelled, experienced and encouraged in the light of God's Word.
Mentors are encouraged to meet their mentees monthly, to share about their lives and read the Word together.

1. Youth Retreat (March)
The Retreat is a time for our youths to retreat from the world, and retreat into Christ. Our youths come together to be spiritually refreshed through God’s Word, deepen their knowledge of God through Workshops, and fellowship with one another through games.
2. Youth Outreach (May)
This is an opportunity to invite new friends to join us in hearing the gospel message through a fun time of games. Come and experience the vibrancy and warmth of our youth community at our outreach!
3. Youth Camp (December)
During our year-end camp, we meditate on God’s Word together, fellowship over outings and games, and serve our community in various missional opportunities.
