Rev Wendell Chua

Lead Pastor

wendell@zionserangoon.org.sgPastor Wendell Chua started serving on the pastoral team in January 2017 after working as a Senior Officer in the Singapore Police Force and in trademark protection. He was trained at Covenant Theological Seminary where he obtained his Masters of Arts (Theological Studies) and a Masters of Arts in Biblical and Theological studies. Pastor Wendell is married to Hazel and they have two daughters.

Rev Lawrence Ong

lawrence@zionserangoon.org.sgPastor Lawrence Ong has been serving in Zion Serangoon since April 2004. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Theology from Singapore Bible College and was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel in 2011. He is married to Linh and they have 3 children.

Rev Joseph Tee

Assistant Pastor

josephtee@zionserangoon.org.sgAssistant Pastor Joseph Tee has been serving in Zion Serangoon since May 2012. He received his Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies (GDCS) at Singapore Bible College (SBC), and Master of Divinity (MDiv) at Covenant Theological Seminary in St Louis, Missouri, USA. In 2024, he was ordained as a Pastor of the church. He is married to Priscilla and they have two children.

Rev (Dr) Yap Kim Sin

Advisory Pastor

yapks@zionserangoon.org.sgPastor Yap Kim Sin has been serving in Zion since May 1987. He received his Bachelor’s in Theology from Far Eastern Bible College, and did further theological studies at Biblical Theological Seminary, PA, USA where he was awarded MA, STM, & DMin. He is married to June, and has two adult daughters.
