Before stepping into full-time ministry in Zion Serangoon, he was a ministry staff in Singapore Youth For Christ and was actively serving in a digital-missions ministry, Indigiteous. Ting Han has commenced his studies at Westminster Theological Seminary and is set to completed it by the end of 2029.

He received his Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies (GDCS) at Singapore Bible College (SBC), and Master of Divinity (MDiv) at Covenant Theological Seminary in St Louis, Missouri, USA. In 2024, he was ordained as a Pastor of the church. He is married to Priscilla and they have two children.
